Annual Inspections - Fire-Pro’s accredited ASTT certified technicians provide all required inspections and maintenance of your monitoring system in compliance with BC Fire Code, BC building code 3.2.4.7,  NFPA requirements, and appropriate City Fire Bylaws. Additionally, our monitoring station provides daily monitoring reports and informs property contacts of any anomalies that may occur.

Repairs & Maintenance - Fire-Pro’s ASTT certified technicians complete all required repairs and maintenance to code and offer early warning recommendations of potential costs and repairs that should be budgeted for in the future.

Installation - Fire-Pro’s staff includes Red-Seal electricians who complete installation of ULC rated monitoring systems in compliance with Fire code, NFPA requirements, and building code.
